At 4ever Keepsakes, we make custom printed shirts and keepsakes, and we love keeping you in the loop on your order. This page explains how our text messages work.

How you agree to get texts

We only text you if you say it's okay. Most often that happens on a phone call with us. We'll ask something like, "Is it okay if I text you your order updates?" and we'll only send texts if you say yes. You can also agree when you place an order or talk to us in person, by telling us you'd like text updates. Agreeing to texts is never required to buy from us.

What texts you'll get

• Order updates, such as confirmation that we received your order and that it's in production.
• Pickup notifications when your order is ready.
• Links to view and approve your design proof.
• Appointment reminders.

We don't send marketing or promotional texts, and we never sell or share your phone number with anyone for their marketing.

How often

Usually 1 to 3 messages per order. If you're working with us on a custom design, you may get a few more while we go back and forth on your proof.

How to stop

Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop right away. You'll get one message confirming that you're opted out. If you change your mind, reply START or give us a call. You can also reply HELP for help, or call us at (561) 606-9317.

Costs

We don't charge for texts, but your mobile carrier's message and data rates may apply.

Your privacy

We use your phone number only to send you the messages described above and to help with your order. Mobile opt-in information and consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
